High Speed UV Ink Curing Test Equipment
Highlights:
- Unique UV High Speed Proofer is developed for testing curing properties of UV LED curable Inks and Mercury Arc UV curable Inks.
- UV Ink applied sample under UV source at linear speed of 450 meters per min. (max.). UV Proofer has Servo Motor which drives a platform on linear guide.
- UV Ink draw-down sample sheet / substrate is placed on this platform. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Touch Console (HMI) controls movement of platform under UV Light at set speed. Speed is settable from 3 to 450 meters per min.
- Platform travel rail has position sensors at Start and End position of travel length.
- Total length of guide rail is 1150 mm approx
- Accurate Spot It has provision for mounting UV LED module and Mercury Arc UV module.coating by using Photo-polymer plate on blanket cylinder.
- UV source position (working distance from substrate under test) can be manually adjusted, from 15 mm to 100 mm.
